An electric skateboard is the perfect companion for electric surfboard riders.
If you don’t have the time to go to the water or if you are looking for a cool experience on your way to work an electric skateboard is the perfect choice.
Since our main mission is electric surfboards we will only focus on the top boards here.
We started e-boarder.com (the electric skateboard blog) before e-surfer.com, but we are now entirely focus on the electric water sports. This is why we imported the most important e-boarder.com articles here.
That’s said, we love our electric skateboards as well. We currently have the Onewheel, the Evolve Cabon GT, The Evolve Bamboo GT (both with AT wheels), the Nuff skateboard and the Yuneec.
The Onewheel is our favourite and you can compare it with an electric hydrofoil between the electric surfboards.
The E-Boards are on the market since about 2008 and we got our first board, which was a MO-BO Off-road electric skateboard in summer 2009.
We hope you will enjoy this section on E-Surfer.com.
Boosted Boards announced their all new 2018 generation boards. Most people may already know the Boosted Stealth skateboard, mainly due to YouTubers like Casey Neistat, but the new Mini Boards also look very interesting. Learn all about the new Boosted Boards in our preview!
Looking for something easy to carry? Check out our Maxfind Max C review.
The one thing all the great and fast Boards have in common is how big and heavy they are. Meant just for riding, not for carrying it on the train or taking them with you while traveling, that’s totally okay, but that’s where all the new small electric cruiser boards step in.
When you read about an Onewheel Crash you will hear a lot about the Onewheel Nosedive. The motor would shut down for a moment which in almost 100% of the times results into a crash.
Some people sold their Onewheel or Onewheel+ because they are not willing to take this risk anymore. Others believe that it mainly depends on the skills of the rider and that each new sport / technology has its risks in early days.
