The Evolve Skateboard is our companion if we have no time to go to the water.
Evolve Skateboards come from Australia and are belonging to the most successful electric skateboard companies these days.
They started with the Evolve Bamboo and later on launched a Carbon version which has fully integrated electronics and batteries.
The latest generation of the Evolve Skateboards are called Bamboo GT and Carbon GT which come with better batteries and more power next to an improved design. And recently the Evolve Skateboard GTX was released.
In 2017 2 more models were launched which coexist next to the Bamboo GT and Carbon GT.
The Bamboo One is cheaper alternative with less power while the Bamboo GTX has the same battery than the Carbon GT. The latter two are their top models.
Evolve Skateboards offer a Street Kit and an All-Terrain Kit which can be exchanged within a few minutes.
The All-Terrain wheels drain the battery more, but you can easily ride them on grass or in the forrest. With these wheels you also don’t need to worry about small stones or dirt on the street.
Evolve Carbon GT test. Today will have a closer look at the Evolve Carbon GT in our Electric Skateboard Test. Some fans think about it as the Ferrari of electric skateboards. Evolve has 2 models, which both have a street as well as a all-terrain setup.
In our Evolve Carbon GT test we were focussing on the all-terrain setup.
While the Evolve Bamboo, like most electric skateboards, comes with a deck out of wood where the battery is mounted, the Evolve Carbon GT has an integrated battery.
