Luxury Yacht Service

The recently created "Luxury Yacht Special Services" department (some of whose services date back to the 1960s) is dedicated exclusively to the reception of superyachts calling and docking at the port (and at other Mediterranean ports upon request).

The main task is to provide first-class assistance to owners, guests and captains around the clock.

The department is staffed with professional personnel of the highest level, both in the office and the boarding officer assigned to each berth full-time, fluent in English, Italian and several other languages.

The services offered include the management of the yacht (arrival preparation and procedures, berth reservation, safety regulations, storage, provisioning, spare parts, repairs and the departure procedure) as well as all the services that a valued customer would receive when staying in a luxury hotel (round-the-clock medical assistance, guided individual tours to Tuscan cities with professional guides; hotel and restaurant reservations, parties on board, air and train tickets, water fees, etc.).
