This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Brevo evaluates whether a message has been opened and which links have been clicked, in order to check the dispatch technically and to improve the content.

Hosting
We host the content of our website with an external service provider. In doing so, all data collected during the use of the website is processed, in particular the server log files referred to in this policy. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated entries. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile checks in the background whether an entry originates from a human being or from a program. In doing so, technical details of your browser and your device as well as your IP address are transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated there. As a rule, you do not have to solve a visible puzzle.
Turnstile serves our legitimate interest in protecting our forms against misuse and spam (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The storage of information on your device is technically necessary for this service requested by you (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you select payment via PayPal or payment by card, the payment data you enter during the order process is transmitted to PayPal.
