Our local partner Steffen offers training on Aerofoils eFoils with a jet propulsion system. This is much safer than an eFoil with a propeller.
Thanks to the HyperFly, an eFoil with a handlebar, even beginners can ride and fly within 5 minutes.
But of course, Steffen also has eFoils without a handlebar. For example, the Audi e-tron Adventure. Depending on your skill level, you can ride this with or without the Aeroloop.
In the heart of the turquoise-blue, wind-protected bay of Porto Heli on the Peloponnese, you’ll find the Billabong PROSHOP right on the beach at the AKS Hotel—a long-standing expert in boat rentals that offers Australian summer and beach fashion as well as water ski, SUP, and water toy equipment.
We have a small pier with a “water garage” that also serves the water taxis to the offshore island of Spetses. Since the bay is one of the safest in Greece, it is used as an anchorage by many yachties during the season—and our pier as a dinghy dock.
The beach, the tranquility, and the safety of the enclosed bay make this the ideal starting point for us to introduce you to our premium e-foils and get you started with your first exercises. In addition to rentals and sales consultations, we offer three training programs.
It starts with a mandatory test—First-Fly Course
We explain the basic technique and all necessary safety instructions on our dock, and then you’ll immediately take off for about 20 minutes under constant guidance and radio contact on our AUDI Aerofoils HyperFly—a super-safe inflatable board with all the functions of an e-foil on the bar, a kind of “handlebar.” Our promise: you’ll be taking off from the water in 15 minutes or less!
Our second-level training takes place in the bay as the Complete-FlyStart-Course
This course lasts about one hour per person—but we move away from the dock to a quiet beach area, without any anchored yachts nearby. We use the calm water to solidify your flying skills and practice clean takeoffs, landings, and cruising.
Ready to really get going? Let’s visit one of the hundred secluded neighboring bays with our shuttle boat loaded with the e-foils.
The course is for 2 people, or up to 4 people in rotation, and we offer sessions starting at 2 hours. You can train on the inflatable AUDI HYPERFLY with or without a bar—and/or on the AUDI ADVENTURE carbon board.
Everything is included: safety gear and a helmet with INTERCOM, until you’re confident enough to continue flying on your own.
Of course, Steffen from the Octopus Garden team—in collaboration with our headquarters in Berlin—can also help you find the right eFoil or jetboard.
Within about 3–4 business days, your chosen board will be ready for you in Porto Heli, or we’ll deliver it right to your home.

Once you’ve completed the orientation, you can rent the equipment from us.
This includes fully charged and assembled boards, along with fast chargers or spare batteries.
We’ll deliver to your accommodations, beaches, yachts… wherever you’d like, with or without assistance.
Porto Heli is one of the most unassuming yet cosmopolitan places in the Mediterranean. It is also known as the “Greek Riviera”.
However, you won’t find mass tourism or massive hotel complexes here. Instead, we have hundreds of turquoise-blue bays right on our doorstep in the Gulf of Lakonia, numerous small, charming hotels, guesthouses, and apartments—no party-centric resorts, but a vibrant nightlife where you might hear one, two, or three different genres of music echoing through the bay at night.
